For Office Draw

Text boxes are in-place but there is no hand-holding with the design.  It's all up to you!   

When I worked as a graphic artist, in the old paste-up days, we had a template like this which I must have used a hundred times. More, probably.

The one modification I made was to widen the margins to .5 instead of the standard .375 since my inkjet printer needs the extra space.
