Open the last saved document automatically on startup. Same as (File - Recent Documents - first file) 

Description

Click on "Open Recent Doc" icon on Standard toolbar or use Ctrl+Shift+F7 if necessary. This is one time activation. Next time the recently used file will be automatically opened when writer starts. Save time!

After uninstalling the extension, goto Tools - Customize - Events - Save in: Libreoffice and Remove the link to On Start App event.
