en-KJV 1611 King James Bible spelling dictionary

27 12

This dictionary extension lists all words used in the King James Version (KJV) Bible published in 1611 A.D. to assist spell checking of documents containing Biblical names or quotations.

Project Description

The King James Version (KJV) of the Bible has been one of the most frequently read and quoted Bible versions in the English language for more than 400 years. To install: Simply download the .dic file and place under C:\Program Files (x86)\LibreOffice 5\share\wordbook (or the equivalent in your installation) Many of the words used in the KJV are no longer in ordinary daily usage and/or their spelling and orthography has changed. Thus, many lesser known words are not found in many spell checkers used for business and academic writing. This dictionary extension aims to simplify the spell checking process for those who still write about, quote, and refer to persons, places, and ideas found in the the KJV.
