Review Toolbar

Description

This extension implements a new Review toolbar with some relevant command buttons that are spread out in various menus and toolbars.

Additional a new feature "Clear document" that removes review information in the document suchs as tracked changes, comments and authors name.

The icons:

• Record changes: Enables or disables change tracking
• Protect Records: Enables or disables Protected tracking of changes
• Show changes: Enables or disables showing of tracked changes
• Accept or reject changes...: Opens the Accept or Reject Changes dialog
• Accept this change: Accepts the selected tracked change
• Reject this change: Reject the selected tracked change
• Comment change: Comments the selected tracked change
• Insert comment: Inserts an annotation at the selected cursor position
• Highlighting: Highlights the selected text
• Remove highlighting: Removes the selected highlighting
• Toggle line numbering on/off: Shows or hides line numbering in the left margin
• Clear document: Opens a dialog where you can select to Remove all comments, Remove all changes, Remove all personal information and Save document.

Localization

The extension is localizable.

If you want to translate this extension you should do the following:

1. Rename the extension from review.oxt to review.zip
2. Unzip the file
3. Open the folder Cleandoc
4. Open the file DialogStrings_en_GB.properties
5. Translate all the words to the right of the = character (e.g., Selectbox4=Cancel translate only the word "Cancel")
6. Save the text file as UTF8 format and send it to me. Name it accordingly or inform me precisely what language you are translating to.
