Template for short story manuscripts, abiding to industry standards including - title page with address in top left corner, word count in top right corner, title between 1/3 and 1/2 way down the page, 1-inch margins all around, 1/2 inch paragraph indentation, top right header in pages (excluding first page) with page number, monospace font, size 12pt etc. Designed for use in UK, but easily adaptable.
