Convert selected text to BBCode (for forums). The result is shown in a separate window. Supported tags are: [COLOR],[B],[I],[U],[S],[URL],[SIZE],[SUB],[SUP],[FONT],[*].

Handy if it meets your needs. The transfer formatting seems a bit limited, but that might be due to different versions of BBcode being used. It seems that code isn't really standardized.
Will be interested in seeing it expanded on..

Works with LibreOffice 6.4.3. Has lots of unnecessary tags for color and size, wish I could tell extension to ignore these, but I can strip them with a text editor

If anyone besides me has trouble finding the extension once it's installed, go to Tools -> Addons
