The Basic Operating Budget template is useful for owners and managers of small business to setup a minimal operating budget that will help to track progress, plan income and expenses, adjust salary and additional costs. This template comes with a report made with charts of invoices, receipts, cost of goods sold, distribution of sales and detail of expenses. Also present the quarterly view and metrics on documents and average days of caching and paying. Review the instruction on the first page, for any further question don't hesitate to write. To setup, first of all fill the information of clients and suppliers, sheet "Registry". Notice, to change the language of the template, in the sheet "Budget" cell C1 set "en" or any other language you customized in the sheet "Lang". Once you filled the basic information and you are ready to input data, it is advisable to protect the spreadsheet. You will notice only input cells will be available. Usually these cells are white, blue and gray are calculated cells.
