for selecting objects and performing various actions via popup menu.

Fixed an issue with formattedfields showing wrong icon in navigator.
Fixed an issue with tablecontrols not showing column controls in navigator when tablecontrol is in a group.
Removed anchor menu item from hidden controls and tablecontrol columns.
Added rename menu item to hidden controls.
