Update to release 2.2. Changes to template menus and toolbars. In the short template the sections Template Description and Comments on the Report template has been removed. Template specific menus and toolbars are the same as in the "full" template

All changes to the menus and toolbars are detailed in the "Template" description.

To the default context menu Text has been added the possibility to insert Images,Tables,Captions, Charts, and table of contents.

A report toolbar has been added to the template. The toolbar has the same functionality as the report menu. The paragraphstyles for some of the lists documented in the ReportMenu can also be reached.

To the default Formatting(Styles) toolbar the paragraphsstyles for the appendixstyles and First Line indent style has been added.

To the templates menu Report is added the possibilty to create different types of indexes i.e.Create Index or  Table of Contents,Update index..... The menu has a submenu Lists. The submenu accesses paragraphstyles for some of the lists documented in the ReportMenu.

Suggestions for the use of the headings in the template has been added.

The line spacing for the default text has been set to 14.0 pt.
