Account ID manager

Use this spreadsheet to solve the management mess in the bunch of accounts you have for the websites you're connected with.

Project Description

In order to get a better experience with the websites you're connected with, you've created a bunch of online accounts you have now to jungle with. This account management is even harder if you want to remember the associated password for each account (it is even harder if you follow the basic security principle to use a different password for each site). It is also interesting to keep some logs of the personal information you disclosed to these websites and which account is still working from the one that has been deprecated or even removed.

This spreadsheet can help you in managing this mess. Fill in this document with the information you filled on these websites (e-mail address, name, phone number, birthday, etc.). But pay attention, if you add a hint for your passwords, don't forget to add a master password that will be needed each time you want to open this document. This password will encrypt the file with the AES-256 algorithm introduced with LibreOffice 3.5. To apply this protection level, click on "File", then "Save As..." and check the box "Save with password".

If you don’t want to use this spreadsheet or don’t need such an account management, this template can be useful if you want to have some examples of advanced conditional formatting, data cell validity check, a background striped document (one line on two has a different background) and an always-visible heading line.
