a) Funcionality: 'Formatting'
Added function ('Settings_Operation') that allows copying template
document settings to formatting target file.
b) Funcionality 'Formatting'
In the file batch formatting function ('Files_Formatting'), changed
information selection form to one dialog screen only.
c) Funcionality: 'Messages'
Created that functionality to allow internationalization of
addon messages.
Now all addon messages (except the values informed by the 'FullValue'
functions, which remain in 'pt_BR' once that these have as their object
the transformation of numerical values for such
language) are internationalized.
Also removed from the 'basic' code all constants that saved addon
messages.
At the time, the following languages are currently supported:
'en' (default)
'pt_BR'
d) All object definitions have been capitalized.
e) Changed taskbar icons to 'png' files, in order to allow transparency
in them.
