Release Description Compatibility Operating Systems License Release notes   1.2.7 There was an error handling text boxes in Writer, which has been corrected. 6.4 Linux, Windows, macOS AL Download 1.2.6 For some reason support of tables in Draw an Impress was cancelled. This has been mended. 5.0 Linux, Windows, macOS AL Download 1.2.6 For some unknown reason tables in Draw and Impress were rejected as not treatable; theis has been mended. 5.0 Linux, Windows, macOS AL

For some unknown reason tables in Draw and Impress were rejected as not treatable; theis has been mended.

Download 1.2.5 Changes in the menu additions caused by a changed LibO menu and possible errors in the menu additions in the previous version on my part. I also plugged a small hole which probably no one has noticed. 6.3 Linux, Windows, macOS AL

It seems that DCM couldn't be called from some menus in the previous version.

Also LibO has changed the names of some menu items that were used as a reference for the DCM menu entry. SO the code had to be changed.

If you made visible a toolbar that was made invisible by LibO because it was not appropriate for the selected object and then called DCM from this toolbar, then in some cases an error was raised. This was mended by calling the same general subroutine from all toolbars and forking to the differnt routines only ag´fterwards.

Download 1.2.4 Shows again the icon that was missing in 1.2.3 5.3 Linux, Windows, macOS AL Download 1.2.3 only minor amendments 5.3 Linux, Windows, macOS AL

Although a test for a combination of shapes was signalled as not treatable, the the subsequent dialog was presented. DCM now ends when this situation is encountered.

The description for the vertical scroll bar for the saturation had vanished. It is visible again.

Download 1.2.2 In Writer, for text in frames the icon was not visible in the toolbar (but the menu item in "format" did work). The reason was that there is a toolbar for "textobjectbar" and another one for "drawtextobjectbar", which have the same name when looking at th 5.3 Linux, Windows, macOS AL Download 1.2.1 Release 1.2 covered principal support of changed circumstances in LibO 6.0, this release adds the reaction to changes in the menu or toolbar structure. DCM will work correctly (as far as I know) with 1.2, but you will sometimes have some problem to call i 5.2 Linux, Windows, macOS AL Download 1.2 The code for handling the square had to be rewritten because of a change of the sequence of the event handling. Furthermore, the small square had a wrong position in some situations. It may disappear in some rare cases, therefore a button has been added t 5.2 Linux, Windows, macOS AL Download 1.1.6 Handling paragraph background colour in text tables poses some problems if the colour wasn’t set by DCM, but by LibO, in newer releases. A warning is issued when this could be the case. 5.2 Linux, Windows, macOS AL

Added a warning.

Download 1.1.5 Because of bug #109177 the vertical scroll bar was interpreted as horizontal since release 5.2 or 5.3. The new version corrects this. 5.0 Linux, Windows, macOS AL Download 1.1.4 In rel. 1.1.2 the setting of paragraph background colour was deactivated, because it was no longer possible to set this attribute (bug #99125). Now a workaround has been found (thanks to Tibor Kovács), so setting the background colour is again available. 4.2 Linux, Windows, macOS AL

The workaround consists in creating a new paragraph style based on the selection, getting its background colour (which is possible this way), then undoing the creation of the style, and finally setting the background colour via the dispatcher

Download 1.1.3 Some versions of releases 5.3 and 5.4 of LibO no longer tolerated missing parentheses in Basic code, which led to errors in this and other extensions. This new version of DCM has the missing parentheses added. 4.2 Linux, Windows, macOS AL Download 1.1.2 This version should be used only for LibreOffice.
There is a bug in LO which prevents the setting of the paragraph background colour via program inWriter. This feature is therefore temporarily inactive.
Some minor amendments for special cases.
5.0 AL Direct setting of colour without the use of a palette is now possible using the standard tools in many cases, so DCM is no longer necessary in these cases. But there are features left which the standard does not provide, e.g. picking the present colour of the object (important for fine adjustments) and copying it or colouring the templates for multi-coloured tables in Draw and Impress. Differences in the menu structure between AOO and LO make it necessary to use different versions for both. This version should be used only for LibreOffice. There is a bug in LO which prevents the setting of the paragraph background colour via program inWriter. This feature is therefore temporarily inactive. The cross in the HSV-Dialog had to be replaced by a small square, as the cross was now displayed with a nasty background by LO. There have been some minor amendments for special cases which do not change the features of DCM. Download 1.1.1 Apache OpenOffice does not support tables with different colours for even- or odd-numbered lines in Draw and Impress; this case is handled. 4.0 AL Download 1.1.0 Choice for cell colour is also offered if the cursor is just within a text table cell.
Some cases where "no colour" was shown are now handled exactly.
The choice "no colour" was added, for completeness sake.
4.0 AL Download 1.0.2 Added a check to inhibit a second start of the macro, which would cause problems. 4.2 AL Added a check to inhibit a second start of the macro, which would cause problems. Download 1.0.1 No change in the features, only some superfluous files were removed. 4.2 AL Download 1.0.0 This is the first version of Direct Colour Management. As it has been tested only by myself, I have not yet marked it as final. 4.2 AL Download
