DCM Direct Colour Management - 1.2.5

Changes in the menu additions caused by a changed LibO menu and possible errors in the menu additions in the previous version on my part. I also plugged a small hole which probably no one has noticed.

Release Details

It seems that DCM couldn't be called from some menus in the previous version.

Also LibO has changed the names of some menu items that were used as a reference for the DCM menu entry. SO the code had to be changed.

If you made visible a toolbar that was made invisible by LibO because it was not appropriate for the selected object and then called DCM from this toolbar, then in some cases an error was raised. This was mended by calling the same general subroutine from all toolbars and forking to the differnt routines only ag´fterwards.
