This icon theme simply does not work, alas. Shame really, as it looks really good in the preview

This extension just provides the old icon size (more compact). Works OK with LibreOffice and Galaxy icon theme (another extension that you must install by yourself). However, you still have to manually set the icon theme: Tools > Options... > LibreOffice > View > Icon Style: Galaxy.
