The permanent flaw, imho, is relying on the lipsum website for the lipsum text instead of storing some locally or creating a generator. It causes a delay when using the extension and won't work at all without internet access.
The bug is that the paragraphs are not generated properly in my experience. The last sentence appears to get cut off and paragraphs often begin uncaptilized with two word sentences. Example:
